In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or broken, our shipping carriers require photo documentation for reimbursement & quality control. Please take a photo and e-mail the image within 7 days of the delivery to Include your name and a brief message, and we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within a few days.


Candle Care

Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each light. Allow the candle to burn all the way to the edges during the first burn to prevent tunneling. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always burn candle within sight and always keep out of the reach of children and pets.
